    "內容": "抽血注意事項1. 抽血前請將所有檢驗單交與收件人員，以避免遺漏任一檢驗項目。2. 醫囑應禁食之檢驗項目:空腹血糖、脂質分析如三酸甘油脂、脂蛋白電泳等檢驗項目至少禁食8~10小時。3. 飯後兩小時血糖：算法是從吃第一口飯的時間算起，吃飽後直到抽血前除白開水及藥物外，不應再進食任何飲料及點心等食物。4.荷爾蒙等特殊檢查項目如ACTH、 Cortisol抽血時間分別在上午8點及下午4點。請確實遵照約定時間採檢，避免醫師判讀錯誤。5.一般血清、病毒等檢驗項目之測定並不需絕對禁食。6.若對酒精有過敏史者，請事先告知抽血人員。以便更換不含酒精之棉球進行消毒。7.抽完血後不可以揉，以避免造成血腫淤青，應以手指直接用力緊壓於抽血位置上之? 棉球至少5分至10分。8.請於下次門診時至診間看報告，時間約是抽血後一星期。血腫處理方式 :抽血部位發生血腫淤青現象，原因多半是沒有壓緊抽血部位、壓的時間不夠久，或是壓迫位置不對等所造成的。若發生血腫現象請於回家後先冰敷消腫，24小時後再熱敷，通常約一星期內會逐漸消失。&nbsp;尿液&糞便採檢注意事項&nbsp;以早晨第一次之尿液最佳，因其在膀胱內時間最久。其他時間隨機尿液次之。收集尿液標本方法，應該採中段尿，就是先解掉一點尿，然後忍住，再取尿液送檢查。女性病人應避開生理期。尿液檢體採取，應儘速送檢，以避免尿液中有形成分之破壞及細菌之繁殖。",
