猴痘症狀為於臉部、四肢、生殖器等部位出現不同型態的皮膚病灶，如皮疹、水泡、斑疹、斑丘疹、膿疱等。可能伴隨症狀如發燒、畏寒/寒顫、頭痛、肌肉痛、背痛、關節痛、淋巴腺腫大(如耳周、腋窩、頸部或腹股溝等處)等。

People with mpox often get a rash that may be located on hands, feet, chest, face, or mouth or near the genitals.Other symptoms of mpox can include:fever、chills、swollen lymph nodes、exhaustion、muscle aches and backache、headache、respiratory symptoms (e.g., sore throat, nasal congestion, or cough)
